Description
The Preparation, Shaping, Glazing and Packaging Line for Fitness Protein Bars in Packages with Inscribed Foil includes six different machines: a planetary mixer, a pastry-extruder, a telescopic belt conveyor, a conveying belt, a coating line, and a heating bath for chocolate.
The mixer is a planetary mixer with a tank capacity of 60 liters and an installed power of 1.8 kW. The mixer has three working bodies: a pear wire, a flat stirrer, and a stirrer for kneading, and it is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
The pastry-extruder is a SCHS-E model with an overall dimension of length 1500mm, width 400mm, and height 1400mm. The machine is designed for extruding bakery and confectionary doughs in a certain form – wick. The machine has a productiveness of 20-100 pcs/min, and it is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
The telescopic belt conveyor is an LT-T model with an overall dimension of length 2000mm, width 400-1400mm, and height 900mm. The machine is designed for transporting and arranging various bakery and confectionery products and other items on trays or tapes.
The conveying belt is an LT model with an overall dimension of length 1500mm, width 400mm, and height 900mm. The belt conveyor is designed for transporting food products in bulk and discrete state and packaged (in cardboard boxes, foil, etc.) and for the fulfillment of auxiliary technological operations – dosing, separation, collection, etc.
The coating line is a TL-400mm model with an overall dimension of length 9000mm, width 750mm, and height 1300mm. The machine is designed for coating (pouring) with chocolate coating and cooling of various pastries, and it is made up of two technological parts – a coating machine and a cooling tunnel. The coating machine has a dry belt length of 350mm, a wet belt length of 850mm, and a speed of 1.8 m/min. The machine can coat the bottom, top, and whole pastry products, and it has an 80-liter chocolate bath.
The heating bath for chocolate is a VP-100L model with a capacity of 100 liters and an overall dimension of width 1350mm and height 1000mm. The machine is designed for heating chocolate to be used in the coating line.
All of the machines are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and materials that are allowed for the production of machines operating in the food industry. The machines come with a 13-month warranty service, and out-of-warranty service is also provided.
