Description

The mini installation for milk processing in container is designed to meet the requirements of small-scale dairy processors. The equipment is based on Ordinance №26 / 14.10.2010 of the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture on requirements for the supply of small quantities of raw materials and food from animal products. The equipment is constructed using materials that meet hygienic standards for the food industry.

The mini installation includes a range of equipment that can be delivered in stages to expand the technological capabilities of the company. It includes a milk reception area, pump, milk cooling bath, starter culture tank, cheesemaker, cooler, cheese vat, pressing device, cutting table, and more. The equipment is made of Inox AISI-304 and is available in capacities ranging from 200 L to 2000 L.

The pasteurizer is designed for various technological processes for the production of cheese, yogurt, and fresh milk. It is equipped with automatic warming up to a certain temperature and milk stirring. Hot water and steam options are available according to customer requirements.

The cheesemaker is an automatic cheese making unit that performs the operations of cutting, draining, mixing, and shaping the wheel of cheese. The formation and cutting of the wheel of cheese are done manually or automatically, depending on the type of forming device.

The milk cooler is designed for rapid cooling in livestock farms and the storage of fresh chilled milk immediately after milking. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum sheet and is intended for vessels in contact with food. The cooler is compact and takes up little space.

The acidulated lactic products system is designed for dosing, filling, closing, stamping of finished products yogurt, milk, kefir, and other liquid foods. It includes a pasteurizer, milk cooler, and aggregate for dairy products.

The cheese vat and press are used for pressing and straining cheddar cheese to produce cheese and various kinds of hard cheeses. The compression is performed using a pneumatically driven clamping device. The bath is provided with wheels, making it mobile and maneuverable.

Aluminium Milk Cooler / Watercooler

Our milk coolers are designed for rapid cooling in livestock farms and the storage of fresh chilled milk immediately after milking. Also at the point of sale of fresh milk and dairy products to preserve its original nutritional and biological properties and to prolong its bactericidal phase. The milk coolers have a simple design to ensure easy and safe operation. They are made of stainless steel or aluminum sheet, intended for vessels in contact with food. The coolers are compact and take up little space.

Acidulated Lactic Products System

This device is designed for dosing, filling, closing, stamping of finished products yogurt, milk, kefir, and other liquid foods. The set includes:

Cheese Vat + Cheese Press And Weights
